From Grease-Stained Dreams to a 10-Bay Reality
It feels like just yesterday Joe and Cindi were tag-teaming diaper duty and diagnostic codes, working out of a garage attached to the house. Picture this: it's dinner time, the meatloaf’s still warm, the kids are arguing over who gets the last roll—and then there’s a knock on the door. A neighbor’s car won’t start. Transmission? Dead. Lights? Flickering. Hope? Dwindling.
But if you know Joe and Cindi, you know what happened next. Forks went down. Tools came out. And off they went into the freezing cold (or sweltering heat—depending on the month) to help someone in need.
That’s how it all started. A dream, a garage, three kids, and an unwavering determination to do the right thing—every single time.
35 Years Later…
Fast forward to this January—we hit our 35th anniversary in business. Thirty-five years! That’s more than three decades of busted knuckles, coffee-fueled mornings, heated shop debates about which European car is truly the biggest diva (cough cough, looking at you Porsche Panamera), and thousands of vehicles made road-ready again.
What started with a passion for Swedish cars (shoutout to all our early Saab and Volvo drivers 👋) evolved into a full-blown European car haven. BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche—you name it, we’ve probably fixed it, driven it, or at the very least, admired it while whispering sweet nothings to its engine.
But This Right Here? This Means Everything.
This award isn’t just a plaque on the wall or a fancy graphic for our social media feed. It’s something deeper. It means you see us. You appreciate what we do. You trust us.
You took time out of your busy lives to cast a vote, to tell the world that the little shop on Constitution Ave is doing something right. That our customer service, our honesty, our “treat-you-like-family” approach actually matters in a world that often feels too rushed to care.
